Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and live in
the UK. Employees of the lastminute.com plc group of companies,
Independent News & Media, their families, agencies
or anyone connected with the competition are not eligible
to enter.

The winners
will be picked at random on Friday 1 October 2004.

Winners will
be notified by email by Tuesday 5 October 2004.

Lastminute
prize winners:

Prize
includes a 2-night holiday to one of the following destinations
Paris, Rome or Barcelona. Each of the 3 winners will receive
return flights for 2 people from a UK airport, airport
taxes, 2 nights bed and breakfast accommodation on a double
or twin room basis at a 4 star hotel. All other costs
and expenses are not included.

Each
prize must be taken before 30 November 2004.

Each holiday
prize is strictly subject to availability at the time
of booking by the winners and is non-negotiable, non-transferable
and non-refundable.

Travel insurance,
transport to and from airports, passport and visa requirements
are the responsibility of the prize winners and their
guests.

| 5. |
Prize winners
and their guests must satisfy themselves that they are
fit to travel to take up the prize. If in doubt, medical
advice must be taken and acted upon by prize winners and
their guests.

No cash or
other alternatives will be available. Each prize is not
valid with any other lastminute.com offer or promotion.
